Self Storage Move Out Procedure

Because we are remote, we have a specific move out process that needs to be followed in order to get you moved out efficiently. Please carefully follow the steps below, and let us know if you have any questions.

  • Please email a minimum of 3 photos including these 3 specific photos to moveout@steelsafestorage.com
  • Include the following information in the email:
    • Full Name
    • Phone Number
    • Facility Name
    • Unit Number
  • You will be moved out on the date of the business day (9am-5pm) that this email is received with all required information and the 3 pictures attached. If we receive the email after 5pm, you will be moved out on the next business day. As soon as we receive the email, we will reply with confirmation that you are moved out. If we do not reply, we did not receive the email. Please feel free to call us to make sure the email went through.
