You should not store any hazardous material in the containers. As mentioned above mattresses, fabric, clothes, etc. can introduce a lot of moisture into the container but they are fine to store in the container. Some items that you may not want to store in a container are; leather of any kind, arts and crafts held together with glue, and photographs.
